4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept secure online payments via Shopify Payments, PayFast, PayPal, or other approved methods.

  • Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.

  • iWorkIT reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if incorrect prices were displayed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times and costs are displayed during checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy (available on our website) governs all product returns.
By purchasing from us, you agree to review and comply with that policy.

7. Warranty

  • New products typically include a 6–12 month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.

  • Refurbished items include a 3-month limited warranty covering functional defects only.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, power damage, physical damage, or liquid damage.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • iWorkIT (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

  • We make no guarantees that our products will meet all specific performance or compatibility requirements.

  • To the extent permitted by South African law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

10. Non-Payment and Abandoned Goods

If payment for any goods or services remains outstanding for more than 30 days from the due date, iWorkIT (Pty) Ltdreserves the right to:

  • Treat the goods as abandoned property, and

  • Resell, recycle, or dispose of the goods to recover costs, without further notice.

This applies to:

  • Products purchased but not fully paid for.

  • Devices or equipment left for repair or assessment where no payment or collection has been made within 30 calendar days of notification.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking action (via the email address or phone number provided).
If no response or payment is received within that period, ownership of the goods will automatically transfer to iWorkIT (Pty) Ltd, and no refund or compensation will be due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be handled by a competent court within South Africa.

12. Disclaimer

iWorkIT (Pty) Ltd is an independent reseller of IT equipment, parts, and accessories.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by:

  • Apple Inc. (Apple, MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad, etc.)

  • Microsoft Corporation (Windows, Surface, etc.)

  • Google LLC (Android, Pixel, etc.)
