We currently ship to South Africa only.
For local delivery in Durban, we may offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on location and order size.
For other regions, delivery times may vary as indicated below.

Delivery times are estimates only. iWorkIT (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, traffic, or force majeure events.

6. Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Ownership of goods remains with iWorkIT (Pty) Ltd until full payment is received (if applicable for lay-bys or unpaid orders).
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We will assist with courier claims and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. International Orders

Currently, iWorkIT (Pty) Ltd does not ship outside South Africa.
