 1. General Conditions for Returns

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

    • You received the wrong item.

    • The product was not suitable for its intended purpose, as described.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be:

    • In their original packaging (where possible).

    • With all accessories, manuals, and components included.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


 2. Change of Mind / Incorrect Order

  • If you wish to return a product because you no longer want it or ordered incorrectly, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in resaleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued excluding delivery fees once the item has been inspected and approved.


 3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as advertised, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a full refund, including delivery costs, once the product has been returned and inspected.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • A clear description of the issue, and

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging (where applicable).


4. Refurbished or Used Equipment

Refurbished products are thoroughly tested and verified for performance.

  • These items may show minor cosmetic wear but remain fully functional.

  • Refurbished products carry a limited warranty (specified per product).

  • Returns for refurbished goods are only accepted for functional defects, not cosmetic imperfections.


 5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp that we’ve received your item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If rejected, we’ll return the item to you with an explanation.
